If the app is not working as expected, kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart the app. To restart the app, force quit the app and then re-open the app on your device.
Confirm that you are on the latest version of the Sweater app. If you do not have the latest version, please update it or click here to download the latest version of the iOS app or here to download the latest version of the Android app.
Disconnect from WiFi and connect to cellular data. If your WiFi signal strength is weak, it can cause issues with accessing and loading content in the Sweater app.
