Prior to this he Co-founded Forma Capital where he is responsible for new investment opportunities, due diligence and working with partner companies to create unfair advantages. Before Forma, Elia co-founded Parallel Brands, was Global CEO of Wanda Owned Propaganda Entertainment and spent 17 years at Endeavor, where he built and led the Brand Ventures business.
Mary Owen

Mary is Partner and CSO at Cashmere and also a General Partner at Forma Capital. With a career anchored in professional football and a lifetime passion for health and wellness, Mary is passionate about investing in influential brands, shaping the future. Mary is the current Chair of the Board and Life Trustee of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation; a $1.2 billion dollar grant making foundation.
Ari Schottenstein

Ari is a Partner at Cashmere. Prior to this he was a Partner at Zukin Partners since 2018, executing investment banking strategy engagements and managing operations. Ari was responsible for co-developing a platform offering bespoke advisory services and has worked on more than 20 strategic financial advisory engagements primarily in media, deep tech, consumer, B2B/B2B2C software, Fintech, Web3, and healthcare.
Bruce Popko

Bruce is a Partner at Cashmere and also a General Partner at Forma Capital where he invests in consumer brands in conjunction with culture defining celebrities and athletes that provide an unfair advantage on revenue and brand growth. He has also held various management positions with IMG, the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, National Football League, and New York Jets.

Josh is a Partner at Cashmere. Prior to this, he Co-founded Forma Capital where he oversees the firm's investment in Mad Drops PickleBall Club, originates new investment opportunities and works alongside partners to grow the fund. Josh was previously VP of Sports Marketing, Corporate Partnerships and Business Development for New Era Cap, where he was responsible for all sponsorships, partnerships, and new business.
