How much can I request to sell back?
You can request to sell back any amount of shares that maintains at least a $500 balance within the account to remain an active member, or you can request to close your account and sell back all shares.
When will I know when my request is approved?
You will be notified within 7 days after the repurchase request deadline.
How will I know if my request was approved?
You will be notified by email about the results.
If my request is approved, when will I receive my funds back?
Your funds will be deposited into your account on record within 5 business days after you have been notified of the results. Please ensure that your preferred bank account is correctly linked.
How are requests approved?
The fund will redeem 5% of its outstanding shares at Net Asset Value. If the aggregate number of shares requested exceed 5% of outstanding shares, the Fund will redeem only a portion of your shares at a prorated level. If you requested all your shares back and only a portion will be redeemed, the fund will only redeem an amount that will maintain a $500 minimum balance within the fund.
What are the fees associated with the repurchase?
All Members are subject to an early redemption fee, based on the length of time their shares were held. See the fee schedule below.

Can I modify or cancel my request after I have sent it in?
Before the repurchase deadline you will be allowed to modify or cancel your request. After the deadline you will not be allowed to modify or cancel your request.
About Repurchase Results
Why was I not redeemed the full amount of shares I requested?
The fund will only redeem 5% of its outstanding shares at Net Asset Value. If the total requests exceed 5% of outstanding shares at Net Asset Value, the fund only redeems a portion of your shares on a pro rata basis. If you requested all of your shares to be redeemed and only a portion were repurchased, the repurchase proceeds you received reflect the pro rata amount that the Fund is entitled to purchase at this time.
When will I be able to request repurchase again?
The next repurchase window will open on January 28, 2025, with the initial Repurchase Request Deadline (the date shareholders wishing to sell back shares must respond by) on February 27, 2025.
It has been over 5 days and I am still not seeing the funds in my account, what should I do next?
Check your Investor Dashboard to ensure that your bank account has been properly authenticated with Plaid. If you are still having problems please contact our Investor Relations team.
