Funded Accounts
Currently, we are only able to fulfill account deletion requests for individuals who have not created or attempted to create a transaction with The Cashmere Fund. Per FINRA regulations, all financial records must be maintained for a minimum of five years. If you have had a transaction or attempted to create a transaction with The Cashmere Fund within the past five years, we are unable fulfill an account deletion request.
If needed you are welcome to take advantage of our biannual redemption windows. Please review the following resources to learn more about the terms of liquidity and the redemption windows in The Cashmere Fund:

If you fully liquidate your account through our redemption windows, a 5-year clock will commence during which time we must maintain your transaction records. After five years, we welcome you to submit a new data deletion request.
Unfunded Accounts
If you have not created or attempted to create a transaction with The Cashmere Fund, you are welcome to submit an account deletion request via our Investor Dashboard. You may do this by clicking on the menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard, clicking Support, and then clicking Request account deletion. This will auto populate an email requesting an account deletion that needs to be sent to cashmere@sweaterfunds.com.
